We take real pride in sourcing, recruiting, and training all of our staff, with an emphasis on attention to detail and safety. As is to be expected, all our staff are enhanced CRB checked, and the in-house training days cover everything from how to run fun, effective sessions, to the implementation of our Child Protection policies and procedures. We also employ fully qualified pool lifeguards for swimming sessions and specialist instructors to run the more adventurous activities such as rock climbing and go-karting.
