The minimum age to work at Activ Camps is 18 years old. Should you be under the age 18, we would still consider your application but you will only be able to start by the time you are 18.
Absolutely! If you are enthusiastic, positive and demonstrate a willingness to learn we would still consider your application. Our safer recruitment process provides you with all the necessary training ahead of camps starting to ensure you are ready to work for us.
Activ Camps is committed to upholding the highest standards of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children, ensuring that anyone applying to work at Activ Camps is suitable to be working with children.
It is an offence to apply for any role with Activ Camps if you are barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children.
The first step is to complete our application form.
Upon review, you will be invited to attend an online interview which is an opportunity for us to find out about your experience and motivations, as well as a chance for you to find out more about the roles we have available.
Should your application progress, you will be required to successfully attend an in-person Training & Recruitment Day enabling you to be booked in for work, subject to completing all documentation requirements.
We require all staff members to hold an Enhanced DBS check. Should this not be something you hold, Activ Camps can help you with this! We must also be able to obtain two suitable references and evidence of your right to work in the UK.
